Grilled Wagyu Short Ribs

Grilled Wagyu Short Ribs
 ½ cup Soy Sauce
 ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
 ¼ cup Brown Sugar
 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 1 tbsp Lime Juice
 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
 2 tbsp Bamboo Chef Asian Seasonings
 1 tsp Chile paste
 1 lb Short Ribs
Wagyu Short Ribs

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the ribs to the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator 2-3 hours or up to overnight.

Remove the ribs and set at room temp 30 minutes before grilling.

Wagyu Beef Short Ribs


Preheat grill over medium heat.

Remove ribs from the marinade and place on the grill. Reserve the remaining marinade.


Grill turning occasionally, for 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs reach an internal temp of 130 degrees F. Do not overcook!


Remove the ribs and set aside to rest for 5-10 minutes.

Place the reserved marinade in a saucepan, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Serve by slicing against the grain, and serve with sauce.
