Fall Apart Wagyu Chuck Roast
Whisk your flour, salt, and pepper together. Liberally coat all sides of each piece of the roast in the flour mixture, set aside.
Heat your olive oil in a large skillet. Using tongs, sear each side of the roast in the hot oil.
Place the sliced onion, garlic, brown sugar, bay leaves and beef stock in the slow cooker. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Turn the heat to low.
After the searing is done, place your roast into the slow cooker, on top of the onions and mix. Put the lid on and slow-cook for at least 8 hours. Add salt to taste.

Wagyu Beef Meatballs
Saute Bacon and onions until tender in cast iron skillet. Preheat oven to 350F.
Add cooked ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine North 40 Wagyu Beef with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Add olive oil back to the pan and roll beef into meatballs. Spread them evenly throughout the pan.
Place meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn over meatballs and add favorite sauce. Finish for 5-10 minutes.

Add cooked ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine North 40 Wagyu Beef with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Meat Loaf
Preheat Oven to 350F
In a large bowl beat eggs. Add milk and crackers. Stir in onion and cheese. Add ground beef.
Mix well. Shape into loaf.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to make the topping. Spoon half of the topping over the meatloaf after 30 minutes of baking.
Return loaf to the oven for 10 more minutes of baking.
Spoon the rest of the topping over the meatloaf, return to oven and bake 10 more minutes.

Add the ribs to the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator 2-3 hours or up to overnight.
Remove the ribs and set at room temp 30 minutes before grilling.
Preheat grill over medium heat.
Remove ribs from the marinade and place on the grill. Reserve the remaining marinade.
Grill turning occasionally, for 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs reach an internal temp of 130 degrees F. Do not overcook!
Remove the ribs and set aside to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Place the reserved marinade in a saucepan, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Serve by slicing against the grain, and serve with sauce.
